    Pleasantly surprised by this cafe in the D terminal. Drinks and food were both reasonably priced by airport standards and the quality was higher than I expected. What made it even better was the friendly staff.

    The two downsides were the long line and the wait for coffee once it had been ordered. At first it seemed a little chaotic and that they were disorganized, but everyone got their drinks in the right order, so whatever system they are using works.

    If your plan is to grab a coffee or pastry, I definitely recommend passing up on Starbucks and giving this place a try.

    I want to thank my barista for storming off the job when she couldn't understand the difference between a spiced latte and an iced latte from the customer in front of me.

    Due to her little conniption fit, the staff was down to solely the cashier who couldn't make an espresso to save her life.

    Heaven forbid she apologize to the customer and keep working. This place used to be the nicest coffee in the ATL airport. Shame.

    Short review. Coffee is fine and service is friendly. But they would not put my coffee in my travel mug and insisted they had to pour it in their own cup. Going to be purposefully wasteful when I'm offering you an alternative?  You suck and are part of the problem.

    Stopped in for a cold drink.  Ice latte was legit but the cinnamon roll was top 5 category no doubt!  Quiet location to sit at with outlet strip by seating.  Highly recommend!

    Horrible service. Please don't try. Manager is fine but two black ladies there unacceptable for customer service. They need to get train again. Poor management.
